Available to middle and high schools throughout the school year, a team of professional actors from the SFT company presents:
Shakespeare and the Language that Shaped a World
Available throughout the school year.
This live performance contains excerpts from many of Shakespeare's plays and includes scenes, stage combat, action and humor.Students gain literary and historical perspective and an understanding of and appreciation for the power of language.
- 45 minutes plus optional "talk back"
- classroom materials provided
- 300 students max
- $550 per show (plus travel outside of New Orleans)
- a 20' x 20' clear space required
